We had two bad days where it rained most of the day. Due to a tropical storm that turned into Hurricane Lorenzo and hit the Mexican mainland to the west. It only reached category-1 and weakened back to a tropical storm quickly.

Covered pathway as it passes by the buffet restaurant which is completely enclosed and air-conditioned, a first for us at Caribbean resorts. Although not shown in my pics, all enclosed restaurants and bars had electronic sliding doors. Classy!

The beach again. This time facing south from the wharf. The swimmers here are in front of the 4-star resort. There were 4 resorts all part of one complex. The Barcelo Beach Resort was the 5-star resort.

The swim up bar at the north end of the main pool. This was the louder and more popular side of the pool.
